PURPOSE: To explore the cellular crosstalk of tumor resident mast cells (MCs) in controlling the activity of cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) to overcome TME abnormalities, enhancing the efficacy of immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) in sarcoma.
