Automatic and reliable diagnosis of skin cancer, as a smartphone application, is of great interest. Among different types of skin cancers, melanoma is the most dangerous one which causes most deaths. Meanwhile, melanoma is curable if it were diagnosed in its early stages. In this paper we propose an efficient system for prescreening of pigmented skin lesions for malignancy using general-purpose digital cameras. A random copolymer, poly(methyl methacrylate-co-2-dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate) (poly(MMA-co-DMAEMA)) is shown to form nano-scale aggregates (NAs) (~20 nm) at copolymer concentrations ≥ 10 % w/w, directly from the pre-formed surfactant-stabilised latex (~120 nm) in aqueous solution. The copolymer is prepared by a conventional emulsion polymerisation. Complex dielectric permittivity measurements of propylene glycol (PG) in ethanol at various mole fractions were measured by using open-ended coaxial probe technique at different temperatures in the frequency range 0.02<ν/GHz<20. The dipole moment (μ), excess dipole moment (Δμ),excess permittivity (ε(E)), excess inverse relaxation time(1/τ)(E), Bruggeman parameter (fB), excess Helmholtz energy (ΔF(E)) are determined using experimental data. Li-Fraumeni syndrome (LFS) is a rare autosomal dominant disorder caused by a mutation in the p53 gene. Melanoma is considered to be a rare, controversial component of LFS.
