The visceral vasculature is inextricably intertwined with abdominopelvic disease staging, spread, and management in routine and emergent cases. Comprehensive evaluation requires specialized imaging techniques for abnormality detection and characterization. Vascular pathology is often encountered on nondedicated routine imaging examinations, which may obscure, mimic, or confound many vascular diagnoses.
