Primary hepatic liposarcoma is an extremely rare malignant tumour derived from adipocytes and is part of the group of mesenchymal tumours. We present the case of a 43-year-old Hispanic male patient with a pleomorphic hepatic liposarcoma and absence of MDM2 gene amplification.
