5-hydroxytryptamine receptor 3A ( HTR3A ) is an important member of the 5-HT family, which has been suggested to contribute to human tumor development. The present study aimed to investigate the cervical lymph node metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) and to establish a novel N staging standard for NPC, based on intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) via a prospective multicenter clinical trial. Colorectal cancer includes an invasive stem-like/mesenchymal subtype, but its genetic drivers, functional, and clinical relevance are uncharacterized. Here we report the definition of an altered miRNA signature defining this subtype that includes a major genomic loss of miR-508. A facile way was developed to fabricate yolk-shell composites with tunable Cu cores encapsulated within hollow carbon spheres (Cu@C) with an average diameter about 210 nm and cavity size about 80 nm. During pyrolysis, the confined nanospace of hollow cavity ensures that the nucleation-and-growth process of Cu nanocrystals take place exclusively inside the cavities.
