In Parkinson's disease (PD), it remains unclear whether sleep disorders including insomnia, REM sleep behavior disorder (RBD), excessive daytime sleepiness (EDS), restless legs syndrome (RLS) and sleep-disordered breathing (SDB), are isolated or combined, interact with each other and are associated with clinical factors. We sought to determine the prevalence and combinations of the main sleep disorders, and their clinical and polysomnographic associations in early stage PD.
