Intraductal papillary-mucinous neoplasms (IPMN) of the pancreas have recently been defined and classified by the World Health Organization. In addition, many cases of IPMN continue to be recognized frequently. We report a case of a 65-year-old female who underwent surgical resection of the pancreas twice within a period of 6 months for primary and recurrent IPMN.
