Hansen's disease is a chronic infectious granulomatous disease with varied clinical presentation. Histoid Hansen's disease is an important emerging lepromatous subset of Hansen's disease known to mimic varied dermatoses. Occurrence of reactions, especially erythema nodosum leprosum (ENL), is rare in this form of leprosy.
