Acute recurrent pancreatitis (ARP) is a clinical condition characterized by repeated episodes of acute pancreatitis. In this case study, a 62-year-old man was diagnosed with mild pancreatitis five years ago, with alcohol intake initially considered the cause. Since then, he experienced three episodes of pancreatitis despite ceasing alcohol consumption completely. Consequently, the patient was diagnosed with ARP.
