Red foxes (Vulpes vulpes (L.)) are widespread across Europe, tolerant of synanthropic ecosystems, and susceptible to diseases potentially shared with humans and other animals. Oregano oil possesses marked antioxidant and antimicrobial activity and is widely applied in animal husbandry.
