OBJECTIVE: Evaluation of interdependencies between psychometric parameters and spontaneous cerebral electric activity in the ChNPP accident clean up workers, evacuees from exclusion zone, and anti terrorist operation service men. This study was conducted to asses the level of social support amongst the patients of disthymia and unipolar depression. A total of 80 patients with their spouses were included. Results showed no significant differences of social support in this study group. Spouses of patients with unipolar depression with psychotic features perceived lower social support compared with the spouses of unipolar depression without psychotic features. The authors present the result of psychopathological analysis of a group of 91 patients who suffered from epileptic seizures of definitely or probably established posttraumatic etiology. Mental disturbances in these patients were differentiated into sporadic psychopathological phenomena and chronic psychiatric syndromes. Sporadic episodes, which the authors identify with "psychical seizures", concerned 58 patients. They were manifested by psychomotor or psychosensory seizures, dismnesia and disthymia. Chronic psycho-organic syndromes were diagnosed in 85 patients...
