A canal wall down mastoidectomy (CWDM) is an effective technique for eradication of chronic suppurative otitis media (atticoantral disease) or cholesteatomas. A retrospective study was conducted at R.D. Gardi Medical college between 2015 and 2017 to evaluate the outcome of CWDM for patients with atticoantral type of CSOM. All new cases of MRM/RM which fulfilled the selection criteria were reviewed.
