A canal wall down mastoidectomy (CWDM) is an effective technique for eradication of chronic suppurative otitis media (atticoantral disease) or cholesteatomas. A retrospective study was conducted at R.D. Gardi Medical college between 2015 and 2017 to evaluate the outcome of CWDM for patients with atticoantral type of CSOM.
