The aim of this study was to evaluate the clinical application of double-reverse traction for minimally invasive reduction of complex tibial plateau fractures. Objective: To investigate the clinical character and treating strategy of extreme distal radial fractures. Methods: From June 2012 to May 2014, 12 patients who suffered from extreme distal radial fractures were treated in Department of Orthopedics, Tongji Hospital, Tongji University.
