Fetuses with growth restriction (FGR) have an early activation of hepatic glucose production (HGP), a hallmark of type 2 diabetes (T2D). This study evaluated effects of high starch (20%) on hematological variations, glucose and lipid metabolism, antioxidant ability, inflammatory responses, and histopathological lesions in largemouth bass.
