Myocardial infarction (MI), which is characterized by chamber dilation and LV dysfunction, is associated with substantially higher mortality. We investigated the effects and underlying mechanisms of Luteolin on post-infarction cardiac dysfunction. Myocardial infarction was constructed by left anterior descending coronary artery ligation.
