Mycosis fungoides (MF) accounts for approximately 50% of all primary cutaneous lymphomas. MF occurrence in the oral cavity is extremely rare with approximately 45 cases reported to date. We present a case of a 68 year-old man with a raised nodular lesion of the ventral tongue with clinical impression of irritational fibroma.
