Chronic abdominal pain is a challenging problem in clinical practice, with several pathophysiological mechanisms underlying its aetiologies. Neurofibroma of the scrotum is a very uncommon benign neoplasm, specifically when it affects teenagers and is not associated with neurofibromatosis type I.
