OBJECTIVES: The present study aims to quantitatively assess secondary alveolar bone graft (SABG) resorption in unilateral cleft lip, alveolus and palate (UCLAP) patients in a 2-3 year longitudinal follow-up setting by using a validated 3D protocol.
