OBJECTIVES: Pregabalin (PGB) is used in drug-resistant epilepsy. Also, it has analgesic effects in painful syndromes. Depression and anxiety are commonly seen in epilepsy and neuropathic pain patients. PGB is often combined with anxiolytics and antidepressants.
