Punctate leukoderma presents as numerous, distinct, round or oval depigmented spots. Recently, laser therapy-induced punctate leukoderma associated with various Q-switched laser and carbon dioxide laser have been reported. A 25-year-old man presented with numerous, discrete, round, confetti-like, depigmented macules on his left neck. He had undergone 3 sessions of 532-nm Q-switched Neodymium: Yttrium-Aluminum-Garnet laser treatment for café-au-lait macules three years ago. After the last laser treatment session, the punctate leukoderma had been developed...

Sweet syndrome (acute, febrile, neutrophilic dermatosis) is characterized by the acute onset of an eruption of painful nodules or erythematous or violaceous plaques on the limbs, face and neck. These symptoms are accompanied by fever. The diagnostic features include histopathological findings of dermal neutrophilic infiltration without leukocytoclastic vasculitis or peripheral blood leukocytosis. Sweet syndrome is associated with infection, malignancies, autoimmune disease, pregnancy, and drugs. Patients with Sweet syndrome demonstrate a complete and rapid response to systemic steroid administration...

Seung-Hee Loh, Bark-Lynn Lew, Woo-Young Sim
Cutaneous endometriosis is defined by the presence of endometrial glands and/or stroma in skin and represents less than 1% of all ectopic endometrium. Cutaneous endometriosis is classified as primary and secondary. Primary cutaneous endometriosis appears without a prior surgical history and secondary cutaneous endometriosis mostly occurs at surgical scar tissue after abdominal operations. The most widely accepted pathogenesis of secondary endometriosis is the iatrogenic implantation of endometrial cells after surgery, such as laparoscopic procedures...

Unlike typical hydroa vacciniforme (HV), Epstein-Barr virus (EBV)-associated HV-like eruption is more variable in its clinical manifestations. In some patients, progression to lymphoma or leukemia has been reported, which are characterized by the T-cell immunophenotype. Here, we report the first Korean case of EBV-associated vesiculopapular eruption on the face of a patient with natural killer (NK)/T cell lymphoma. A 32-year-old Korean man presented with a late adolescent-onset recurrent necrotic papulovesicles on his face...

#20
Yun Li, Ting-Ting Wang, Zi-Hui Zhang, Lin Wang
Indeterminate dendritic cell tumor (IDCT) is a proliferation of CD1a+, S100+ and langerin- histiocytes with a generally benign course. Here, we describe a case of a 90-year-old male who developed skin lesions on his scalp mimicking angiosarcoma and lymphadenopathy. He died six months after the onset of skin lesions despite of months' radiotherapy. Pathological examination ruled out scalp angiosarcoma and showed a high Ki-67 index. The appearance of skin lesions and lymphadenopathy led to challenges in diagnosis and the development of a treatment plan...
