Shen-Shuai-Ning (SSN) granule, a traditional Chinese medicine formula is widely used in clinical practice for treating chronic renal failure. However, detailed chemical profile about it was unknown. Here, HPLC-ESI-QTOF-MS was employed for the systematic chemical analysis of SSN. A total of 52 compounds were identified and the characteristic ions of compounds were described.
